Eligibility (Legal Associates)
To apply, you should have:
– 1-3 years post-qualification experience
– Background in Civil Laws (preferable):
– Arbitration
– Consumer Law
– Insolvency Law
– IPR
– Company Laws (Appellate and Original jurisdiction)
– Constitutional Law
– Taxation Laws
Responsibilities
As a Legal Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
– Conducting legal research and preparing briefs/case notes
– Drafting original pleadings, appeals, applications, and writ petitions
– Appearing before Delhi High Court and various Tribunals (NCDRC, NCLT, NCLAT)
– Supervising filing of cases by clerks
– Assisting in hearings before Courts, Tribunals, and Arbitrations
– Managing administrative work related to cases
