We’re seeking a skilled Associate to join our litigation team, handling civil, criminal, commercial, and matrimonial cases in various courts and tribunals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Draft and file legal documents
2. Conduct thorough legal research
3. Represent clients in court appearances
Qualifications:
– Law degree (LL.B.)
– 1-2 years of litigation experience (PQE)
Key Skills:
1. Excellent command of English
2. Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
3. Strong research abilities and a keen interest in extensive reading
– Probation Period: 2 months
– Courts/Tribunals: High Court of Delhi, District Courts, NCDRC, NCLAT, NCLT, RERA, and others
