Roles:
1. Direct Tax Litigation (Income Tax Department, Delhi High Court)
2. Competition Law (Competition Commission of India, Delhi High Court & NCLAT)
Eligibility:
– 2-3 years of relevant litigation experience
– Good drafting and research skills
Responsibilities:
– Handle litigation cases for the Income Tax Department and Competition Commission of India
– Conduct research and draft legal documents
– Appear before Delhi High Court and NCLAT
