Roles Open
- Legal Content Writer Intern – legal research, case notes, news updates, articles for lawyersarc.in
- Social Media Manager Intern – handling LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp posts, stories and basic creatives
- Web Manager Intern – updating and formatting content on www.lawyersarc.in, basic SEO, tags and links.
Roles and Responsibilities
Legal Content Writer Intern
- Research recent judgments, statutes, notifications and policy developments in selected areas of law.
- Per week Task: 3 Blogs 1 Article (Minimum Criteria for completion) and other related topics on current legal issues assigned by the Team.
- Draft legal news updates, case notes, short explainers and blog articles for lawyersarc.in in simple, student‑friendly language.
- Simplify complex legal concepts, ensuring accuracy, proper citations and basic structure (headings, sub‑headings, conclusions).
- Submit only original content, accompanied by AI‑use and plagiarism reports as per the organisation’s guidelines.
- Edit, refine and update drafts based on editorial feedback and standard style requirements.
- Coordinate with the Social Media Manager and Web Manager to ensure timely publication and promotion of your pieces.
Social Media Manager Intern
- Assist in managing Lawyer’s Arc’s presence on any one Social Media Platform.
- Plan and draft posts, carousels, stories and basic creatives based on published articles, opportunities and current legal developments.
- Per week Tasks- 3 post, 2 Stories, 2 Carousel (Minimum Criteria for completion) on legal topic or news by cooperating with the Content writer if he/she writes something on a legal topic.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone and visual identity across all platforms.
- Schedule content using a social media calendar and post at optimal times to maximise reach and engagement.
- Track basic analytics (reach, impressions, clicks, saves, follower growth) and share short performance reports with the team.
- Monitor comments, messages and mentions on official handles and respond or escalate as per the team’s instructions.
- Stay updated with social media trends and formats relevant to legal/educational content and suggest new ideas and campaigns.
Web Manager Intern
- Assist in managing and updating www.lawyersarc.in on the assigned CMS (e.g., WordPress or similar).
- Upload and format approved content: add headings, bullet points, images, internal links, tags, categories and featured images as per the style guide.
- Ensure consistency in layout, fonts and styling across articles and pages so that the website looks clean and professional.
- Regularly check for and help fix broken links, formatting issues, missing images or outdated content, escalating technical issues when required.
- Coordinate with the Content Writer and Social Media teams to make sure new content goes live on time and is correctly categorised.
- Handle backend access responsibly, follow security instructions, and immediately inform the team of any suspected issue or unauthorised activity.
Any intern, irrespective of their role (Content Writer, Social Media Manager or Web Manager), may submit blogs or articles with Plag/Ai reports to Lawyer’s Arc, and accepted pieces will be published free of cost with a separate Publication Certificate issued for such work.
