Eligibility:
– Law Graduate
– 2-3 years post-qualification experience in TMT
Job Summary:
Dr. Amar Patnaik’s office seeks an Associate with expertise in TMT/Corporate law to assist in research, policy advisory, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
1. Research and analysis for writing, policy briefings, and public engagements
2. Client coordination and resource management
3. Drafting legal opinions and conducting research
4. Developing knowledge database
5. Filings, drafting, and research for ongoing matters
