Job Details
- Qualifications: Completed Bachelor’s in Law or related field, or currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (JD) program
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)
Responsibilities
- Perform research using secondary data, legal databases, libraries, corporate, and country law
- Research documents and publications to establish evidence
- Assist in drafting agreements, contracts, and employment contracts
- Proofread documents and submit them for review
Requirements
- Reliable, dependable, and composed, with the ability to deal with ambiguity
- Ability to function autonomously and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
