Role Description:
We seek a skilled Legal Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior legal recruitment experience.
Responsibilities:
– Manage legal hiring, staffing services, and recruiting for law firms and corporate legal departments
– Source and screen candidates
– Coordinate interviews and negotiations
– Build relationships with clients and candidates
Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
– 1-2 years of experience in legal recruitment (preferred)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and remotely
– Understanding of legal industry trends and practices
– Experience in staffing services and recruiting
Requirements:
– Prior legal recruitment experience (ideal)
