About the Position:
- Position: Advocate
- Location: Navi Mumbai
- Practice Areas: All Court Proceedings (High Court, City Civil Courts, Family Court, MM Courts, etc.) – Mumbai & Navi Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various courts across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai
- Manage all aspects of assigned legal cases, from case preparation to hearings and appeals
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and present compelling arguments
- Advise clients on legal matters and provide clear and concise guidance
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the firm
Qualifications:
- LLB degree and valid Sanad (or eligible for Sanad)
- Strong understanding of Indian Law and relevant legal procedures
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to achieving positive outcomes
- Freshers are welcome to apply
