Qualifications:
- Final-year and 2023-24 graduated law students
- Physical relocation to the Noida office (Sector- 2) is required
Responsibilities:
- Client Handling: Communicate with clients, provide legal guidance, and manage case updates.
- Legal Negotiations: Negotiate with debtors and creditors to resolve disputes and protect client interests.
- Legal Drafting: Draft and review debt settlement agreements, and legal notices, and ensure compliance.
- Legal Research: Research debt laws, and regulations, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Performance Evaluation: Effective case handling and client satisfaction may lead to permanent employment.
