Job Summary:

Eligibility Criteria:
– Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (3-year or 5-year in-person program)
– Experience: 0-2 years (1 year litigation experience preferred)
– Skills:
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects
Key Knowledge Areas:
– Contract vetting and negotiations
– Sanction Letters and Document Notes
– Post-disbursement activities (ROC Filing, CERSAI Filing, insurance, re-valuation, etc.)
Responsibilities:
1. Draft, brief, and handle legal documentation
2. Conduct research and provide legal advice on commercial transactions
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders
